Rescue Scuba Diver

If you’re a certified scuba diver who is 15 years of age or older, you can expand your diving knowledge and skills with a NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver or NAUI Advanced Rescue Scuba Diver course. These courses will teach you how to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies. You’ll also learn how to assist and transport divers, and how to perform surface rescues and rescues from depth involving both boat and shore based skin and scuba divers.

To complete this course, you must be CPR and First Aid certified. Your Rescue Scuba Diver training will prepare you for a career in diving as a Skin Diving Instructor, Assistant Instructor, Divemaster, or Instructor.
